Children and Youth Ministry
Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads Children and Youth Ministry is more than daycare; it’s an atmosphere where your child or youth will be led and learn the basis of Godly living, provides biblical teachings and a place of safety. The ministry is here to pave the way for their spiritual foundation.
Our children and youth ministry also provide activities that are taken home for further reminders of weekly lessons learned, while encouraging them to assist and serve others at home and in their community. All activities consist of sharing the gospel, making disciples, praise and worship. Our Youth Leader is trained to communicate, engage and teach all ages, 0-18 years old; and provide a healthy environment for learning and transitioning them into worship service with the adults.

Frontline Women's Ministry
Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads Women’s Ministry is existing to challenge, encourage and equip women within the church and community towards obtaining a passionate pursuit of God that will influence their lives and those around them. Frontline Women’s Ministry is hoping to continue partnering with the local community resources to provide avenues that will help other women with their spiritual and ministry needs. The ministry also plans to facilitate the discovery and development of women with biblical and godly resources as it offers different concepts that will encourage and engage them into a deeper relationship with God. Women of all ages; young, old, married, single, single moms will no longer have to lead or walk this journey alone!

Church Administrative Team
Administration is a spiritual gift, those who are gifted in church administration can bless a local church with their ability to be a liaison between the pastor, the congregation and the staff, with the spiritual integrity that they are called to have. As a church’s administrator, they can successfully - with the wisdom, knowledge and discernment that comes from the Holy Spirit - apply what they know about business to impact the church.

Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads Church Administrator guides, directs and oversees all critical functions that helps the church meet their short- & long-term goals. Our Church administrator also play a role in helping with the community and neighboring areas. The Church Administrator role includes, but not limited to; Leadership and Supervision, Finance and Human Resources, Communication and IT, and Facility Management. In these roles, the administrator leads the administrative team and oftentimes performs duties, such as;

Advises the team of elders on the different status of responsibilities

Work closely with the senior pastor to offer support and vision

Coordinate, plan and execute of new leader orientations

Oversees the recruitment, hiring and training process for new staff

Develops employment policies, practices and procedures

Develops the planning and budget process
-
Supervises the finance team; prepares budget for approval, oversees spending and present matters to pastor and congregation

Assist with weekly offering

Advises and monitor all electronic media forums, such as the website and social media networks.

Deacons Ministry
"Therefore, brethren, select from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we may put in charge of this task" (Acts 6:3).

Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads Deacon Ministry is referred to as the “diaconate.” Our Deacons are called to serve and must be ordained to do so. They serve as: (1) assisting the Pastor so that he (or she) may focus on prayer, ministry of the Word, and facilitating the spread of the gospel; and (2) conducting the benevolence and caring ministry of the Church. The Deacons also make themselves available to the Pastor and congregation.
The role of the Deacon is to fulfill their purpose through a variety of means including, but not limited to, the following:

They must be alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation;

Promote unity within the Church;

Prepare the ordinances of Baptism and The Lord’s Supper;

Encourage and nurture any new members by engaging in targeted activities, such as new members’ or convert classes;

Touching bases with absentee members, visiting the sick, infirmed and bereaved;
-
Assist the Pastor in all church matters and endeavors;
-
Rely communication of pertinent information to the congregation;
-
Studying the Word and teaching God’s people in the ways of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;
-
Aiding the church congregation through service when needed or called upon; and
-
Praying for the Church and Pastor.
